Return requests are typically considered within a stated period after delivery when products are unused, in original packaging, with complete pieces and instruction sheets where applicable.
Damaged, missing-piece, incorrect or defective products should be reported promptly with photographs and the order reference. Safety-related reports are reviewed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Potential restricted returns may include used art materials, opened clay, used bubble solution, products missing pieces, products damaged after delivery, returns outside the period, personalized products and clearly identified final-sale items.
